Psychological Difference NOT Disability
When we talk about psychological disabilities I have a problem with that terminology. I like to refer to it as a psychological difference rather then a disability. The term disability implies that the person has a dysfunction or limitation in functioning. Whether you agree or not I think some of the greatest minds in history would’ve been labeled as having a psychological disability simply because their minds function differently than the majority. When someone says that I am crazy or my thoughts are not normal, I think that is a complement. This is because I have come to realize that the norm of thought is not a active process it all. The majority of people that is considered normal are semi-conscious simple-minded individuals that have little if any original thought processes. They usually function on preprogrammed subconscious behavior patterns and suffer from cognitive dissonance.
Regardless if the person who has a psychological difference may have a disability, that it is fair say that a normal person has a lack of ability.
Long Time Since My Last Post
It’s been a really long time since my last post. Unfortunately, it was because of all my writing has been dedicated and directed in areas which I am not fond of. Well, hopefully that is behind me now and I can write blog posts rather than serious official writings that I despise.
I think him back and look forward to writing and posting on my blog. There is definitely no shortage of things for me to write and rant about now.
before you “PLEA”
Before you plea-bargain or enter a plea of not guilty…think about this…
If you are truly not guilty what are you pleading for? If you honestly and truly not guilty than don’t “plea” not guilty….. Challenge the accusation that is being applied to you. If you “plead” your are asking for acceptance to not guilty rather then STATING you are not guilty.
If you are not guilty say you’re not guilty and they have to prove otherwise. Don’t beg or “plead” to the court that you’re not guilty tell them that you’re not guilty.
It’s like that saying “I’m not even to justify that with an answer”
If the charge or allegation is ridiculous you’re not going to justify it with an answer, because that would show you are defending it. If you’re not guilty challenge the allegation don’t defend an allegation that is not true. Don’t try to defend a position that doesn’t require a defense, reverse it and challenge the question is being applied.
In simple terms let me ask you this…….
If you are not guilty would you rather PLEAD not guilty, or SAY you’re not guilty?
If it ever comes up in the future would you rather say that you plead not guilty, or you told them that you were not guilty?
One last thing. If you are not guilty wouldn’t you want the court to a knowledge that you were not guilty rather then it “accepting” a not guilty plea?
PERSONALLY I WOULD WANT WHOEVER TO AKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY WERE WRONG AND I WAS NOT GUILTY, RATHER THAN A QUESTIONABLE PLEA.
BUT, HEY,,,, WHAT DO I KNOW???? I DIDN’T GO TO LAW SCHOOL LOL

COMMERCIALS AND ADVERTISEMENTS – ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – I’LL REFUSE (RANT)
COMMERCIALS AND ADVERTISEMENTS
From now on any company or product that exceeds my tolerance by the amount of commercials they have, I will never purchase or bye from them. I know this might be difficult because some of them to be hard to give up….. Like that annoying insurance company commercial, or that fast food place,,, or even a car company,,, whatever one I’m you sure you have your own in mind, I just refuse to mention them by name.
First of all usually it’s the companies that we all know, and do not need to be advertised. Originally this was a psychological way of subliminally planting the product into your mind…. But someone forgot to tell them when it goes into excess and no longer subliminal. When it actually becomes a conscious annoyance, or even complete conscious hatred. Even if I like them previously, they still will be put on my list do not buy if they go to far. It’s like a song that you like and every radio station plays it to the point you don’t want to hear anymore. The same applies with commercials and advertising. If you are promoting it too much I don’t want it.
So I decided not to support this behavior and any company excessively advertising I will no longer buy from.
Now logical reasons why I wouldn’t support this over advertising.
THE FIRST REASON IS SIMPLE. IF IT’S ANNOYING ME THEN I HAVE TO REFUSE TO SUPPORT IT. LOL
THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY WASTE ON ADVERTISING RESULTS IN THE HIGHER PRICED PRODUCTS. IF THEY CUT ADVERTISING COSTS THEN WE WOULD BE PAYING LESS FOR THE PRODUCT.
COMMERCIALS FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES IS ADVERTING WITH YOUR MONEY. ALL OF THEIR ADVERTISING IS YOUR INSURANCE PREMIUMS WELL SPENT. THINK ABOUT THAT NEXT TIME YOU MAKE A CLAIM AND ARE DISAPPOINTED.
JUST ONE MORE THING FOR NOW WITH THIS RANT ON COMMERCIALS. THOSE COMMERCIALS ADVERTISING FOOD LATE AT NIGHT. NOW, YOU CAN’T SLEEP BECAUSE YOU’RE STARVING.
BUT, IN FAIRNESS THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPELLING COMMERCIALS REGARDLESS THAT THEY ARE ANNOYING BECAUSE THEY ARE EFFECTIVE IN MAKING ME WANT FOOD.
THERE ARE DEFINITELY PLENTY OF OTHERS THAT’S ENOUGH FOR NOW

CIGARETTE COMPANY WITH ANTI-LITTER CAMPAIGN (RANT)
Just recently I’ve come across an anti-littering campaign advertisement from a certain cigarette company. They were so proud of the amount of people who have contributed to this campaign, but of course I found something humorous about this……
Is good to know that they’re concerned about the environment as well as the public health. For now let’s leave aside the public health issue and focus on this new environmental concern.
It was quite interesting initially since I came across this from finding a leaflet on the street. This leaflet was promoting advertising the amount of people that have pledged to help stop cigarette litter. It was nice to know this was some sort of campaign in which I found the advertisement or the acknowledgment of it through litter on the street.
First of all I’m pretty sure people who smoke are really not that concerned about the environment since they probably don’t care too much about their personal health. Second of all, I don’t see how you help the environment by adding another piece of paper inside of the cigarette pack. This brings me to the point of I would assume that somebody who smokes is most likely going to open their pack of cigarettes and throw that leaflet out with the cellophane and everything else on to the street like the one I came across.
Oh and one last thing, it didn’t say on there that this was made from recycled paper lol
SINCE WE HAVE OUR INDEPENDENCE DAY COMING
Since our Independence Day is coming up and we celebrate. There are a few things I would like you to consider. Most of which was probably not taught to you in school, or at least fully explained so that you have a understanding of what is involved in our independence. Which, call me crazy I feel is important if you going to celebrate something that you probably do not know.
I’m not a radical person or into politics, and even I just became aware of this information recently that I found to be very interesting. More importantly however interesting it is I found it’s important for people to understand and realize the significance of it. For me personally after reading and understanding it, I have a different view on things.
In general, I have a different view when people complain about certain things, particularly their current leadership and government. Like I said I do not get involved in politics but researching it is interesting. This brings me to our celebration on July 4 Independence Day, that most people who celebrate it I am sure have some grievances complaints are unhappy with “certain things”…….. But they will celebrate their independence while being non-independent….
Anyway, some interesting reading for the upcoming celebration of our independence day, and a reminder of what it stands for and means.
